UK Shopping Policy – BE YOU for you

1. Ordering

·       All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

·       Orders can be placed 24/7 through our online store.

·       Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

·       Please double-check your address and order details before confirming checkout, as we cannot make changes once the order has been processed.

2. Payment

·       We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments.

·       Your payment will be taken at the time of order.

·       All transactions are secure and encrypted.

3. Shipping within the UK

·       Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

·       Standard Delivery (Royal Mail or Evri): 2–4 working days from dispatch.

·       Express Delivery: 1–2 working days from dispatch.

·       Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

·       You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

4. Made-to-Order & Processing Times

·       Many of our hoodies are made-to-order to reduce waste and support slow fashion.

·       Processing time before dispatch is typically 3–7 working days.

·       We’ll keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

·       You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

·       Sale items, personalised/custom orders, and gift cards are non-refundable.

·       Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

·       To start a return, please email hello@beyouforyou.co.uk with your order number.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

·       We work hard to ensure every order is perfect, but if you receive a faulty or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7. Sustainability

·       We aim to use minimal, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible.

·       Our made-to-order approach helps reduce overproduction and waste.
