I love my hoody. It's so comfy that it's my go to for heading out for a yoga session, exercise class or just lounging around the house. And the thing I love most is the message behind it. As a mum of 2 neurodivergent children my needs always used to come last but I am now learning that if I need to prioritise myself to have the strength to be there for my children.
